About Monitoring

Live Operator Monitoring is offered with all the alarm systems we install.  Unlike the competition, we charge a fixed fee as low as £50 / year when you buy the system from us. This service uses our live operators who are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Upon the activation of your alarm,  our operator will talk and listen to the premises through a built-in intercom speaker (if applicable to system) and request a password. If no intercom is available, we contact you the old fashioned way using the number we have registered to your address.  Once the correct password is received and the scenario verified no further action will be taken.

If no password is received then our operator can log onto your camera images that have been sent on activation (if applicable to system). This preserves your privacy should you or your family be at home.  Should any action be required, our operators will then contact the relevant emergency service.

Your system can be configured to send up to 40 different event alerts of potential problems, including Intruder, Smoke, Carbon Monoxide, Water Leak, Low Temperature Warning and Medical Alerts.

Following an intruder activation if nothing can be seen or heard then our operator will telephone up to three contact numbers / keyholders nominated by you requesting them to check the property.

This service uses PSTN, GSM or Broadband for communication (no 2 way speech talk back via Broadband). The service can be applied to non-Visonic systems providing the panel used can communicate in the correct format to us (contact us for further information).
