DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATES
We are Registered with the required bodies as required by law. Contact us for more details
In general, CCTV is directed at viewing and/or recording the activities of individuals, therefore, most uses of CCTV by organisations or businesses will be covered by the Data Protection Act (DPA).
The ICO has also issued a code of practice that provides recommendations on the use of CCTV systems to help organisations comply with the DPA. CCTV is exempt from the data protection act unless capturing footage of individuals outside the property.
If a camera covers beyond property boundaries it is no longer exempt. This doesn’t mean you are breaching the DPA but you might need to take steps to comply with it.
Friendly, flexible and fair. CCTV legislation was introduced in the UK in 2012, followed by a Code of Conduct in 2013. CCTV recordings are also covered by the Data Protection Act.
Investigator fees, with some other companies, aren't clearly defined. We are trying to change this which is why we charge a one-time or flat fee to make your life easy on services like Surveillance is the main investigative method used in many cases including allegations of infidelity, insurance fraud, employee theft and more.
We will provide you with photographic or video evidence. Surveillance is normally charged per hour by other companies and the hourly costs start from £45 per hour based on the type of work. We work on one off fees so you can plan your costs better.
Background checks normally associated with recruitment, landlords checking new tenants, people engaged in online dating etc. We offer a one off cost.
We also have available Vehicle Tracking Systems for purchase or rent.
